How can i go from eastern kingdoms to kalimdor with profession buddy?

I'm putting a bunch of profiles together so i can go from 1 to 525 in one hit but i'm not sure how to get my character from the eastern kingdoms to kalimdor. how do i do it?
also how can i cast spells using custom action?
