How can i alter the start level of pre-made profiles

Is there an easy way in notepad to edit the "start level" or range of levels that a profile will work? i.e. I am a lvl 75, but the profile I want to use has been edited for 76-78. Is there a specific string in the file that I can edit in notepad?

If you just opened the profile and had a look, you would have found the <MinLevel> tag, adjust that.
You should also look at the wiki - there is information on all the profile tags in there.
