How and where do you typically receive key?

Hello,

Purchased yesterday and still haven't received a key? I contacted support, but am wondering if I am just stupid and don't know where the key is located? Did I miss some sort of install guide or walk through on where to locate the key? I've read as many of the FAQ's as I can find. Thanks for your help.

Please delete, I think I purchased as guest the first time. I repurchased with a login and it emailed me the key. I'll work with support on resolving first purchase. Sorry for spam!
