I only let it walk at 3 km/h.

Read up - Pokemongo unknown6, I believe it is the communication between client/server.

buddy staff will figure it out untill then for now i just lvl them and if they are not banned i use there moduals at my town then get on my main acocunt

I am from Germany and I only bot in Germany near my location. I used to use the bot for farming pokestops only, so I can catch pokemon with my friends later that day. I either farmed in my small hometown, or in the next bigger city.

I used the bot twice last week to catch a few pokemon since I don't really cared anymore, human like behavior, in my hometown, jogging, random throw accuracy, no instant transfer (I queued it manually from time to time). Then I hatched a Snorlax and I stopped using the bot since that was my goal all along

Let's see what will happen, not banned yet.

best results ive had in regards to my botting accounts is having your phone GPS turned off & just logging into pokemon every hour via your phone & have incubator turned off.
just to keep your "phone" pokemon go up to date with medals / levels ect. Like people have said its probs quite easy to detect when you bot for a large amount of time & gain 50 medals ect in 1 second when you log into your phone

I did that still got banned. Bot is detected, doesn't matter what setting you use you will get banned.
