How accurate the IV percentage we get from PF?

title. Or has anyone tried comparing the IV from other appraisal app or site? thanks
 
As far as I know it uses data from the game itself, which makes me believe it's 100% right.

The new in-game feature also tells me my 100% IV pokemon has equal stats and is perfect.
