Hotspot Maxdistance same as Blackspot Radius?

Hello Mates.

Will a Blackspot with Radius 30 cover the exact same area as a hotspot with Maxdistance 30?

The reason i ask about this, is because I was thinking of using Apocs Profile Creater to get Blackspots exactly in the places i wanted and in the size i wanted.

I would do this by First making a hotspot covering the area i want blackspotted, and then rewrite it into a blackspot by hand.

And then Maxdistance would be used to visualize the Radius of the blackspot.
