HOTA Barb Furious Charge when on cooldown

Hi Guys,

the Barb always tries to Use Furious Charge even when its on cooldown instead of HOTA.
I set Use Hota at 99% and Trash Mob Pack Size to 1.
Is there anything else i can set so the Barb stops standing and waiting that Furious Charge will be ready?

I'm using the latest trinity v2 and Demonbuddy Beta

there are some other related threads, but i haven't been able to figure out how to make it work. i am guessing you have equipped full raekor's set like me. it never seems to like to HOTA (to help reset WOTB cooldown) unless it is fighting an elite.

i would like to see code that does a Furious Charge twice, HOTA twice, then repeat. including on trash mobs and elites. if someone can help with code on that, it would be great.
