Horrendous FPS-drop in BG

Title pretty much says it all, massive drop in FPS while using CR during BG's even though when I'm only facing a single enemy. I'd understand if it was an AV group-fight!

Using Elite Combat Bot by cokx, with TuanHA Hunter-routine.
This only occurs while in BG's, not while in the free roam nor dungeons.

Full log from launch to quit, due to the extensive FPS-drop.

Tuanha Routine is creating a lot of errors in your logfile.
Please disable ALL 3rd Party products in the buddystore and try again then with singular.

I disabled everything except the combat-bot (ECB by cokx) and went into a BG.

Seems like that when using Singular there is no major FPS-issues.
It's when I'm using TuanHA that the FPS-issues are starting, and didn't seem to be linked to the game-client either seeing it stayed at 30 FPS even though the game was unplayable due to FPS-issues.

This is the logfile from when I was using TuanHA, incase it has any value.
