[Horde] Skinning 1-525 [AtticusG3][QO]

ProfessionBuddy Profile using a Questing Profile for 1-525 Skinning.

Horde Only.
Toon must be able to fly everywhere.
Start in Kalimdor (Pref Org).

Needs testing as I've only run it through on one toon. I am levelling another toon now (60+ so far) to run on this profile.

Credit to Kickazz, Kritical, Highvoltz and Bobby53, as well as the HB Dev team and the wider HB community.

I made this as a method of learning, so it may be a little scratchy, but it came from the community so I am sharing it back.

If there are issues with it, post and I'll do my best to fix it.

Todo: Merge with alliance version to make a fully neutral profile.

0.3b has a fix for toon getting stuck @ 350 and also includes a mail only version

Np! The profiles are nice since there all in kalimdor. The one spot i found with semi problems is hyjal in the cindetsarea where mobs are already in combat and not full health. Sometimes the bot gets stuck in combat and wont fly to next hotspot but everything else should be fine. Ill have to lvl a new hunter and give this a try!!

The bot seems to be set to only skin to lvl 350. at the moment its exactly 350 and when i run it says nothing else to do. also reading the log. its shows that its a 0-350 skinning profile.
 
update: i manualy took my toon to borean tundra and hit start again and all is fine. it seems that it bugged out?? i read your code and it has the code written for it to automatically fly to borean tundra... i guess that's bugged?

It worked for me, can you post a log for me so I can see what it's doing? TY.
 
AH selling is done via PB. It can be disabled by opening the profile in PB wit hthe bot stopped. Find the Lines that say Sell to AH and delete them.
 
gonna try this in the next few days.. once my toon is a bit higher.. will it mail leather to an alt if thats enabled in HB? (if i delete the sell to ah lines like you said above)
 
worked awesome last night, got me from 1 - 205, then downtime hit, and now it wont do anything :(

PS: Are you in kalimdor, do you have flying, are you horde? These are some of the basic things the logs will tell me, plus it'll tell me what it's actually doing. "Not doing anything" is not an error or fault description. Is it loading tiles, is it stopping the bot, throwing an exception, or does it need traingin and it's not finding a trainer, there are a lot of things you haven't told me. Post a log.

Gonna start skilling from 1 right now, so far so good, it started flying and are now skinning. :) I will update if there is any issues with this profile! Thanks in advance for the work you put into this!

sorry for my bad english.

Here is my problem:

The toon kills a mob, loot it, go away to kill the next one or if no one is around runs 50 m..go back skinning the mob, goes to the next mob loot it and so on. Can you change it the way, it loot and skins one mob an then goes for the next one?

Sorry Morvar, this is not an issue with the profile, this is an internal HB bug. someone has written a plugin to help it loot faster, but at this stage it doesn't affect skinning the mob after looting it. How must a Profession Profile like yours be modified, in the way, that the toon skinning X time, after that go into the next Zone, not after reaching the next skill level?

That is the condition till which it grinds yes. However I don't think you can specify time. Though you could specify a number of stack of an item or something similar, you'll find an example of that in my SVN, inside the [QO] Uldum - MultiArea [Volatile Air][Embersilk Cloth][AtticusG3].xml profile.

If you are wanting to use it as a farming profile I would suggest making your own grind profile and using HBRelog or ARelog to set your time limits though.
 
Has anyone else tried this? Has it worked for anyone, or failed anywhere?

I've run this on 2 toons without issues so far, but I'd love some community feedback.

I was thinking of making a first aid profile after I finish with the cooking/fishing one of cicro's
