Hi!

This is a really experimental questing profile for Horde, leveling from 56-68.

It took me 3 days to get to 68 with a Druid using the DBOC CC (which is REALLY buggy on HB2 now).

Mind you, I've bot-sit this profile for some time. It's not perfect and it will require manual user intervention from time to time (full quest log). Also, the meshing in some areas in Outland is not really perfect and thus needs blackspots.

Please report quests that the bot can't complete (except the ones that are automatically blacklisted by HB2) and blackspots! (In the proper format, please, by hitting the "my location" button in HB2)

This profile is based on Bliiik's 58-68 Horde profile.

This profile will mail all White (except the protected ones) items and above to a mail alt. This will sell ALL grey items to the vendors.

See attached dummy xml file for protected items (copy/paste it in your ProtectedItems.xml file in HB2).

Starting location is Thrallmar. Just get your char near it.

You actually don't need a meshfile with HB2. Just create a folder and choose it from "Profiles & Meshes" settings in HB2. HB2 will auto-download all required meshes.
 
I cant copy/paste your protected-items-quests-outland.xml file to the ProtectedItems.XML file in HB2. do u have any idea why I cant?
 
No idea why... Unless you tell me what's happening when you try that.
 
I cant paste your protected items in my HB2 file with the other protected files, I mean I have to be able to add your list to the hb2 protected file that came with hb2. I hope u get what i mean
 
No, I don't get what you mean. The question is *WHY* you can't paste it.

What are you exactly doing?

It's basic computer skills. Open my list in notepad, ctrl+a, ctrl+c, open protecteditems.xml in notepad, ctrl+v, save the file, profit.
 
im currently testing this with a lvl60 shaman, seems to work good so far, up to now i just noticed some bugs/strange behaviour that is more hb- or cc-related and not coming from the profile itself.
one thing i found: you should add <BlacklistedQuestgiver Name="Ranger Captain Venn'ren" Entry="16789" /> to your profile, its the guy in Falcon Watch on top of the tower, looks like hb cant use the teleportation-orb to get up to him.
 
Good point, I took over my bot when I had to take that quest. I'll add it to the profile.
 
Testing now, Znuffie. This couldn't have come at a more perfect time. Just today I got my druid into Outlands, and am going to test this thoroughly, and report issues.

I'm already having an issue (an HB one, that is) where my guy will res right in a pile of guys. Not your fault, of course, but just makes testing more... interesting. Thank you.

EDIT: It doesn't want to do Felspark Ravine, which is surprising, since it's just a kill quest. The bot blacklisted it.
 
Not alot of things that I can do about that. Think the whole "slain" thingie throws him off the path, either that or there's something in WoW that can't figure out how to do that quest (as the bot gets its information about quest completion from WoW itself)
 
am almost there, 56 now, cant wait to try this out.

Great profile =) Worked flawlessly in hellfire, I've just moved to Terokkar forest and it seems to want to grind lots. Is this usual?

Keeps jumping over here. Having some problems with other stairs aswell.

WOW! Just got the profile and it is working great. I started it at level 62 and i'll lets you know how long it takes for my ele sham to get to 68:)
