Horde- 90-100 quest bot stuck

trying to run my toon from 97-100 using quest packs well the quest pack im using keeps saying Starting the bot!
Currently Using BotBase : Questing
Current zone is Spires of Arak (Spires of Arak - Zone - World of Warcraft)
The currently loaded profile does not contain a sub profile usable for the current character (is your toon too high level?)


well im not too high of a level what could the problem be
