Accidently logged in way to early before spoofing pretty far away in the same country but really far had pokefarmer minimized for a bit and forgot about it. Tabbed back over and it was trying to catch pokemon but soft banned so they were all fleeing. Ended up getting a restricted response from game server try again in 12 hours. Not going to try to log on until later tonight you guys think it could be a ban or can soft bans sometimes also give you that message?
