Hopefully a simple fix, please help

Hi, Should be a simple fix but I can't understand why its happening.

I click to start a profile and it just doesn't start.
It says 'Loading Profile' down the bottom but never loads and I can click on Load Profile again,
so it never actually loads. Any ideas? Thanks
