Hooks cleared, re-creating behaviors

I just updated HB to the newest file this morning. ."764" Trying to BG and nothing is happening, When I click start it says "[Singular] Hooks cleared, re-creating behaviors " I've had HB running for quite some time and nothing is happening.30 minutes give or take.

what should i do to correct this
