Honrbuddy crashing

So ive installed and enter WoW.. However, when I press the "log in" button wow crashes and closes immediately. Tried reinstalling like 3 times already.. nothing happened not sure what is going on!! please help!

use dx9 instead

it helps me too, but all time before i use dx11 and there were no problems, whats happen?
