Honour Buddy not doing anything

hey when i log in to honour buddy it either wont log in and says its checking the buddy store or if it does log in and i try to use enyo it doesn't work

i have done a fresh install of hb but still no joy any help appreciated

hey how do i set it to dx9 looked in graphics and can not see an option
