Honour Body works on free realms?

Hi there i was a lifetime user and get banned a few times till 2012-2014 and now i would like to play wow on free realms (maybe 1.12.1 pathes) which doesnt care bots on . So i would like to learn if honour body works on free realms , i mean not exactly success but doing quest or skills easily
