The licenses are lifetime, why would you need longer time?
No you shouldn't get any money back - people should understand that updating an application such as HB takes time. The dev team are working night and day, constantly pushing updates to get things fixed. A good portion of the bot is working again now.

Do you get extra play time when blizzard do a big patch? and u cant play proberly cuz its all bugged out?
Dont think so, everyone gotta be patient.
If u get an error, or bot acts weird, post a log, so devs can do something about it.

Yeah, night and day. Without sleeping, eating and drinking. They are all on Amphetamine. And they all have holes in their chairs so they can stay in front of their PC without moving all the time.
