Honorbuddy won't run

I keep trying to load Honorbuddy and I keep getting this error:

Could not load file or assembly 'System.Core, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'

I only bought it about 20mins ago.

Running Windows XP SP3
