HonorBuddy wont open

Hey i have a bought copy of honorbuddy but when i try to open it , it doesnt.|
ive ran as administrator and tryed everything i even downloaded microsoft net work and nothing still
What may be the problem?Also when i check to see windows task manager in processes it says its running
but it will never open HELP PLEASE :[ Here is a link of windows task manager
