Honorbuddy won't load questing profile

My honorbuddy doesn't seem to load the profile, and then the grey window just goes blank.

it might help, it might not but... that log is pretty large.

can you restart honorbuddy and try to create the issue again. this will result in a shorter log containing only the issue and not anything else you were doing.

Sorry for that, probably because I started and stopped it multiple times to reload the profile.

looks like an access issue

are logged in as admin?
are you running Hb as admin?
any antivirus enabled?

Haven't tried with antivirus disabled before, but did so just now and the problem persists. If needed I can upload this log as well.

This is clearly a permissions problem with Windoze. The easiest way to resolve it is probably to do a 'clean install' as described here:
