Honorbuddy will not load

Hi, Honorbuddy will not load it logs in but it stops and says "checking for buddy store products, this may take a while.. it's been a few hours now. Any fix?

You could have just told me to disable the buddystore products instead of this man i waited alot of hours last night man.. i had to get info from another post. Thanks for your time

No the question was correct. ALWAYS attach a full logfile. This makes it easier for the support to see the issue.
If it is a buddystore item then multiple logfiles from different users can help identifying a general issue.

That you had to wait is a pitty but do not forget that we have things like time zones and there are >220.000 other users.
There cannot be an answer within 5 minutes everytime.
If you did not get an answer in 72 hours bump your thread again please.

I have my answer the bot is working now, anyone else looking at this thread and has "checking for buddy store products, this may take a while" >>>> disable buddystore products on the buddystore page in "My purchases" if this doesnt work then attach a log in a new thread
