Honorbuddy very slow to load then crashes on loading spellbook

Does honorbuddy use DX9 or DX11? Just started using honorbuddy once more I'm having problems with it taking forever to login and once its loading spells it just crashes this is a brand new build with only lazyraider and tyrael I'm running windowed mode and 32 bit.
