No. The DungeonBuddy scripting is incomplete for this at the moment, and there is no ETA. We suggest you monitor HB-1834 ("DungeonBuddy: Support for Blackrock Foundry LFR") in the "Open Issues" list. No. The game developer continues to ship a 32-bit WoWclient. We've had this discussion many times in the past, and the answer is "no, not until its absolutely needed". Here are two posts to get you started:

No. Honorbuddy is not currently advertised to run on Windows 10. You can find the versions of Windows supported by Honorbuddy here: http://honorbuddy.com.
We do have plans to officially support Windows 10, but the development staff will not provide an ETA. Some people have had success in using DX11 with Windows 10—but again, we cannot offer support for it at this time.
