Honorbuddy v2.5.14734.809 will not work with this new version of the WoWclient.
If this is your first experience with Honorbuddy after a WoWclient patch, you can find more information about the situation here:
A WoWclient patch may, or may not, require a corresponding Honorbuddy release. Additionally, there may be the typical hotfixes that can cause downtime when Bliz discovers "uh oh"s when placed under load, or the exploitive prowess of the gaming community. :D

No. WoD ships with a 32-bit WoWclient. We've had this discussion many times in the past, and the answer is "no, not until its absolutely needed". Here are two posts to get you started:
