Honorbuddy "This application could not be started"

Hello guys!

So I havent been playing wow for a while since IRL life had alot to offer at a time, but now when im back and trying to get back in some farming with honorbuddy and lvling I get this message when I try to open honorbuddy

"This application requires one of the following versions of the Visual C++ Redistrbutable Package for: Visual Studio 2015 Update 1 x865, VC++ 14.0"

And there is a link to where I can download this, but when I download it and tries to install it i get this message

"Setup Failed"

Correct me if Im wrong but to check this I go into Computer, Control Panel, System and Security and then System and I view the basic information about my computer.

download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++

then install this

and this

https://download.microsoft.com/downl...redist.x86.exe

restart and give it a try
