HonorBuddy tells you who is targetting you

This was a useful feature that I've recently noticed is no more. I don't remember if it was a plugin or something built in HB but before the recent updates I could see in my log who is targeting me and in real time I believe it would be displayed in pink/purple text in the log. Anyone have information on how I could re-enable this?

The Tramper Targeteer in the buddy store.. I believe it's free to use.
