Honorbuddy taking a while between loots/gathers

I don't recall this happening earlier, but after each gather the bot will (90% of the time) sit idle for about 5 seconds before moving to the next hotspot. This causes it to get into combat with far more social aggro from patrolling mobs than usual.

Does it have to do with "Flushing timed movement. Direction: AllAllowed"?
