1. Download and Install this: http://xchat.org/files/binary/win32/xchat-2.8.9.exe
2. Open XChat
3. Type 'CTRL + S'
4. Click 'Add' and a small window will pop-up
5. Click 'Edit' and insert this text "www.buddymonitor.com/6667" (without quotations)
6. Insert this text into 'Favorite channels' "#discussion,#hbdev" (without quotations)
7. Close window
8. Click 'Connect' to join.
