Honorbuddy Stuck on Loading Profile...

When i try and load the profile [H - Quest] 1-12 Auto-Loader [Kick] from the buddy store it just gets stuck on loading profile can anyone help me ASAP as i bought the three day trial and to test it and it is not going well, thank you :- )
