Honorbuddy stuck at login

I launch HB, but it gets stuck at login.

This is thee only message I get:

Honorbuddy v2.5.11489.748 started.
Logging in...

close out hb
go to your hb folder.
delete contents of your cache and settings folders
restart hb

That worked, sort of.

It booted up, but wouldn't load any bots, and when I restarted HB, it did the same login error again, and now deleting the cache and settings doesn't work.

I tried to reinstall HB, but then it said: This installation is forbidden by system policy. Contact your system administrator.

Same problem and deleting cache and settings didnt help
