Hello, when I leave my PC overnight with Honorbuddy activated. I'm not 100% sure but my monitor goes on standby because of inactivity of not using my mouse/keyboard, could this be causing my Honorbuddy to stop working? Also if anybody knows how to stop my monitor going into standby mode when I leave it for long durations of time?

Thanks!

Hiya!

If you're running Vista:

* Go to Control Panel -> click "Power options"
* Find the settings on the left hand side and choose the options you would like. (Turn off the option for putting your PC to sleep for instance)

If this isn't the problem and your HB is DC'ing while youre away.....Check out "Arelog" (Click -> http://www.thebuddyforum.com/releases/30506-arelog-simple-free-relogger-honorbuddy.html) - this will re-connect your HB if it DC's.

Thanks alot, but I can't seem to get ARelog working, it returns an error when I run it as Administrator saying:

Honorbuddy\Plugins\ARelog\ARelog.exe

A referral was returned from the server.

(I'm using Windows 7 64Bit).

Cheers

Arelog isn't a plugin - and it looks like you have it in your plugins folder?

If so...

Move the Arelog folder from your plugin folder and put it somewhere else (I have mine on my desktop). Then, remember to delete it from your plugins folder :)
If you need more help setting it up, just reply back :)

Remember to "Run as "Administrator" also....

Ah , I moved the Arelog folder to my desktop, deleted it from the Plugins folder and it still returns the same error whilst running it in Administrator.

i have standby off and klick monitor manuell off and HB works overnight :)

Are you runnig the latest version of HB? also - can you attach a log, it'll be easier to see what's up if I can see a log :)

OK....let me get this straight :)

You are trying to get Arelog to work - but it returns an error and wont start? Have you setup your Arelog properly? (ie - entered your Battle.net password and username etc). Have you also "scheduled" it to run the profile / bot etc you want it to run? If you have done all of that, are you starting Arelog when WoW is shut down? Because if not...it aint gonna work (it logs in for you AFTER you shut down your WoW.

Nah, that was a totally different story. Arelog wasn't starting up completely, just giving an error :).

I seem to have messed around abit (don't know what I did lol) but it works now! I setup Arelog to start Honorbuddy and put my Customclass etc in. Wow starts, honorbuddy starts, and the bot starts. So all is good I think! Let's just hope the bot doesn't get stuck now as i'm about to go out.

Thanks very much for your help!

P.S if there's a Stuck plugin I don't know about, haven't come accross yet on these forums, please let me know if there is any :).

Thanks again!

Yay! glad to be of help...even if it wasn't much!

You can tick an option in your HB options to "log out on inactivity" (or words to that effect!) - so you dont need a plugin :)

i always have the same problem
when i leave my pc when i go to sleep/to swim/school the bot wil always stuck an a weird reson, so i never do that
