its contantly being checked, if there where and update to warden or any surrounding software, 1 everyone would be perma banned (not suspensions) and 2 the auth servers would be shutdown as part of tripwire engaging. now please this topic has been on and off for the past 2 weeks since the suspensions started kicking in, i ask that you please stop, because not only is it making other users paranoid, it doesn't help anyone to speculate on things they know nothing about. so to sum things up.
