Honorbuddy Skipping Nodes?

I have the same issue as of this morning. The bot is skipping about 90% of nodes.
 
I have the same issue with atleast 10 different profiles, ground and flying, grind and gb2, ALOT of nodes skipped, I would estimate 40% for ground profiles, something like 75% with flying profiles. I have literally watched the profile in dreadwastes pass up 5-8 nodes in some cases before stopping to harvest.
 
I'm seeing it a lot. Latest build, ninja on, correct skill (I know because I go and harvest them manually instead). I noticed that mining was levelling much slower than herbs all weekend and only just noticed this is definitely why.

Would posting logs help?
 
I am still having problems with skipping. I'd have a heap better yield if it didn't skip 50% of the nodes in the Jade Forest.
