HonorBuddy refuses to start, every option is grayed out and won't let me do anything.

This log will help. Honorbuddy won't let me do anything with it...I start it up and everything is grayed out, says it's connected to wow account with ID ???? etc and nothing else happens after that point...

For the heads up I AM NOT using any VPN services.
