Honorbuddy re-checks settings?

So, don't take this the wrong way, because I love your work and I'm very grateful for the bot, but this retarded thing keeps re-enabling Kill Between Hotspots and Use Flight Paths even though I turn them off like once every five minutes and then click Save and Close. Am I the problem here? Is the bot trolling me?

check and make sure your settings file isnt set to read only, however if your questing the problem (or not problem) is the profile, since your profile can turn those things on and off depending on what it needs to do, turning off Kill Between Hotspots is a good thing.
