There is a simple line of code you edit but i uploaded all of them for you so you can just replace the files crosshairs.fileave.com/Defaultprofiles.rar

it fixes the ability to not target anything in pvp profiles as i said its just a simple error but i u have to do this to all profiles and its simpler just to download
