honorbuddy on w7 32bit, need help installing

The website says the bot works with w7 but when I try to run it I get a notice that says I need the .net framework 4.6.1. I download that and try to install but it says I cant install on my current operating system w7 32 bit.

Any suggestions?

i think you need all Windows Updates and Service Packs
