HonorBuddy not working

I just purchased a 1 day Honorbuddy. And i really wanna get started. But when i try start HB it say's.

Please help before my 1 day trial runs out!!!

are you running wow in windowed mode and are completely logged into the game and the toon you want to bot on? you need to be completely in game before starting the bot.

make sure your running wow in directx 9 mode, not DX11 mode, you can change that in your graphics options inside wow.
