Honorbuddy not working tried reinstalling help please.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum i'm not sure.
Everytime i try to start honorbuddy im getting this message type thing
Could not load file or assembly sorrtbls.nlp or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified

redownload Hb and make a new Hb installation from scratch
make sure that all Hb files are under the same folder
and also dont use any shortcuts
