Honorbuddy not working.. lol

It's irritating seeing many people here having properly working honorbuddys....
I simply follow all the steps that i continuously read, but it ends up failing everytime.
When i use GB2 for a example, i choose a profile my character buffs up and just stand therererere.
I've deleted the shaman folder in the singular folder. Went through the CLU. Run programs as admin. SVN Updated all my profile folders.
Are people's honorbuddy actually working, or are they trolling the shit out of people.
