Honorbuddy not loading profiles

My honorbuddy starts up fine, but when I try to load a profile it wont load. I have read other posts to fix the issue myself. So far I have tried

Restarting,
Fresh install
Uninstalling .framworks and microsoft visual c++
I downloaded BuddyWizard.exe ran as admin and it installed a few programs. When it was conplete I restarted my computer and tried it again, but still will not load.

Please if there is any other advice you could give me that would be great. Thank you so much for the help so far, you guys are great!

clear your settings folder and let me know if that makes any difference

Cleared the settings folder but no change.

I deleted the cache folder as well. I seen in a post that it helped someone else. No changes. I also checked for any updated on my computer and ran them. Restarted my computer and still nothing.

Download the latest version of honorbuddy.
http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewest?filter=Honorbuddy
Then do a clean install into a new folder. Do not reinstall over a previous installation or move items from the old installation into the new one.

also, re-download the profile pack and make sure you have the latest version, DO NOT INSTALL ANY QUEST BEHAVIORS.

The one thing I did not try was to make a new folder and unpack honorbuddy into it. Thank you SOOOO much for the help you two have been great!
