Honorbuddy Max Sessions

Hello, I tryed to start HB today but when I logged in it said Max Sessions, failed to Authenticate.
I share my account with someone else, therefore I can not terminate the sessions through the Auth thing.
I have done the following steps to fix the error but the problem still persists.

.Restarted HB
.Restarted Computer
.Clean Download

Still the problem is there, is there any other way to terminate the sessions or else will the max sessions ever go away? I heard that you have to wait 10-15 minutes and the program will terminate itself, however it's been many hours....

log in, go to Sessions, then select and kill the session =)

I thought I had made it clear in my first post. I share the account with someone, therefore I don't know his Buddy Auth so I cannot terminate the session..

Hi, Jreckam,

If you have shared your key, there's not a whole lot we can help you with. We've given you the tool to rectify the problem (Buddy Auth portal).

It sounds like your other person may be using more keys than he agreed to. Perhaps, he further loaned out the key.

You need to call him, and work out the issue with him. There is nothing we can help you with in this regard.
