honorbuddy "loading profile" completely stuck

hey, each profile and anything i try to do that uses a profile is completely not working
program just gets stuck at "loading profile"
ive used atleast 12 different profiles for different purposes including a profile i BOUGHT

Ive reinstalled the program 3 times
also on different harddrives and locations on my PC

most likely the profile needs updating

ok some days later still not working with ANY profile ive tried
(tried many)
Also deleted cache and reinstalled
not working
