Honorbuddy launcher can't start

I try to run the Honorbuddy launcher and get the following:

The program can't start because the MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer

No log is generated

I have a windows 10 PC.

Does Honorbuddy support Windows 10?
No. Honorbuddy is not currently advertised to run on Windows 10. You can find the versions of Windows supported by Honorbuddy here: http://honorbuddy.com.

We do have plans to officially support Windows 10, but the development staff will not provide an ETA. Some people have had success in using DX11 with Windows 10—but again, we cannot offer support for it at this time.
