Hey there,

is there a possibility to set a password for the HB-Key (cause the software asks for) or just change the key?

My account got hacked and some kiddies stole my serials number and are botting all the time, and I dont want them to use that hb key.

Thank you!

lol you must have given them the key.

No,

prob is: I have the BuddyAuth-Account, but by any way they got the key. I think they were stupid enough to only take the key and not change Buddyauth.

regards

Nooblet, you must be a nooblet. The key comes without a password, he is asking if he can get it changed.

You should probably contact the HB team about it.

Lol na it's like people crying about hacked wow accounts. The only way people can get your info is if your stupid enough to give it to them.

the username and password entree is for people who registered before 2010, before we implemented keys, you cannot assign a password to key.

Lol na its like called like a keylogger, or like na brah its not possible to like steal someone's info with like remote tools, or like its hard to like get into someone's like email. Please, educate yourself on computer security before making such uninformed posts.

Seriously, if you knew how anti-virus worked you would also know that it is entirely possible to work around them. Hence why there are things called botnets, yeah and guess what. In an estimated 2 billion computers infected through botnets, I'm sure at LEAST one of them has some sort of anti-virus. Until you at least read a couple of Wikipedia articles on computer security, I wouldn't suggest trying to call anyone stupid about how they lost their info.

Anti-virus protects against known methods, known files and known exploits. It does a great job at stopping what anti-virus companies know about, and does a terrible job at stopping brand new exploits and methods.

Now, I have no more time to try and educate you on ways someone can steal things using technology. You should probably look into it a bit more, that way your false sense of security doesn't get your own information stolen.
