Honorbuddy key isn't on my buddy auth page?

I'm using my login key to login to honorbuddy.exe but when i look on the website auth version my key isn't there? I use the name Syntax on the online auth, any ideas?

u must register using the same email u used in checkout page

EDIT: Am I meant to login to HB.exe with my auth info? if so it doesn't work>?
