HonorBuddy keeps hitting immune mob

HonorBuddy keeps targeting immune mobs even when its not in my faction ID list. I even tried blacklisting it but it still attacks the mob. This is in the Sethria Roost area. It keeps trying to kill Twilight Dragon (which is immune to damage).
