Honorbuddy Keeps Disconnecting

HB keeps shutting down my WoW process, right after I hit the START button on HB.

I'm running in 32 bit mode, have done clean HB install, tried Directx 9 & Directx 11.

here's Mah logs..... Please help...I have 3 keys to use and can't use a single one of em...they all have the same problem...
