Honorbuddy keep showing questing errors or cant find dungon logs

everytime I try and quest there is an error that pops up and it wont loot some of then objects and then goes to the quest helper and logs out and when I try and do a dungeon it says cant find the log View attachment 4996 2014-12-21 22.31.txt

Your Honorbuddy installation is seriously damaged. Please do a 'clean install' as described in this article:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

If no joy, please follow-up to the Support forum with a fresh log from the clean install.
